KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 5 — Time Engineering Bhd has been taken off the list of PN17 companies, Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd announced today.
The company has regularised its financial condition and no longer triggers any of the criteria under Paragraph 2.1 of PN17, the stock market operator said in a statement here today.
It said with the upliftment of Time Engineering from PN17 status, there were now a total of 30 companies categorised as PN17, representing 3.14 per cent of the total number of 956 companies listed on Bursa Malaysia.
A PN17 status for companies on the local stock exchange implies weak financial health. — Bernama
