My simple question: Can we Christian use Arabic wording "Allah" now?

Why does this sound like a broken record? Same message over and over again? Why are Malaysians needed such reminders everytime? We have lived as one society for so long, yet the PM has to remind about respect for each other. When can we ever become a sophisticated society, like Singapore or even Indonesia, where there is high respect and tolerence.

He always says the right things and then go right on to do the wrong things in direct contradiction to his words!

There is no use in saying the right things but your Perak fiasco, the persecution of DSAI and your inaction on your UMNO delinguents..........No, I do not trust you!

How many times has this been said? It has become a cliche. But do the Umno ultras listen and abide by it? Most probably it will go in one ear and out the other as so many incidents have attested to it.

When people agree to disagree, that shows respect. One do not to be agreeable to everything as a sign of respect.

Mr PM, pls withdraw the Malaysian government's appeal to the Appeals Court against High Court decision allowing Christians to use Allah. Otherwise you talk one thing, do another. We call such people hypocrites.

What took you so long? Now you know the Islamic teachings do not prohibit other faiths to use the word Allah. Will you call on Muslims in the Malaysian government to abide by Islamic teachings? Will you allow people of other religions to continue to use the word Allah, just as they have already been using it for hundreds of years?

Aiyaa PM save your breath lah but if you need to advice, tell them to the marines lah. If they really want to respect others you think the country will end up like this. By the way have you attended any government functions? They serve beef to me even though they know its haram to me. When the non muslims invite muslim friends to their home for makan or other function thet take great pain to see that the food they serve and the utensils there use is clean and halal. This is what we call respect. Do I need to elaborate further.

Now you are telling the MUslims of the world to respect other religions? Why are you so late and so soft? So, this means that all the while, Muslims does not respect others? Tell that to the Muslims in the whole world. Not only are they disrespect for others even persecutions is the norm for Christians and apostates. Muslims dont even respect other Muslims , how can they respect others? I think you know this very well and yet you are 'shy' or afraid to speak out against the world Muslims. Take courage and do it before you are judge.

Practise what you preach. Make all official policies race and religion blind and start dismantling those that are right now......

High respect and tolerance in Singapore came from tight control by the government.

Just right after independence, we still built Churches with crosses on land given by the govt, today, we build Churches without crosses in shoplots, tomorrow, we need to go underground!!!

As a muslim, the religious teaching requires respect of other faith. This is very true.

As a Malay, the Ketuanan teaching says Malay is superior to all others so why need to respect others. Others need to respect the Malays instead as being a Ketuanan ruling!

So if there are any misunderstanding, the Ketuanan Melayu cap will be worn to overide all those faith, opinion & belief.

But to show they are holier and fair than others, the muslim cap will be worn immediately.

Alot of Muslims already do because it is part of the religion. It's only pro-apartheid and religious persecution type political parties in power that do not respect people of other faiths and set a bad example to the less discerning via badly written constitutions and badly written laws. A bad government encourages bad behavior. Religion if properly professed does not believe in apartheid or bumiputraism or persecution of apostates and non-Muslims.

Islam already believes in equality of man and freedom of expression - especially in private sphere or the right to private sphere venues for non-Muslims. During the Prophet's time, there was no mention of persecution of any group being encouraged, or division of citizen classes. They did only mention jihad for those who violently suppressed Islam.

Here BN, under Dr. Evil, suppresses others in the name of Islam. BN has in fact used Islam as a weapon against all non-Muslims and in doing so have committed the most grievious action against the religion and entire Muslim world by promulgating racial fascism/superiority, religious persecution and apartheid on the population instead of being a neutral exemplar of morality as religions of all types are supposed to be.

We want freedom from apartheid and freedom from religious persecution, freedom from different classes of citizenships. BN has only given lip service even though it already has the power to make all Malaysians equal. Would BN rather pander to racists and extremists than follow the will of Allah? Rather than follow the Human Rights Charter?

We will look elsewhere for leadership like Pakatan Rakyat to lead if BN refuses to grant First World governance according to the Hadiths of Islam. 1 year 9 months left and the last time I was keeping count 2.5 years. Still don't want to use the power for good? Then BN will be no more by GE13 . . . and PM Najib instead of being the man who made Malaysia equal and first world another failure like Pak Lah, who never used the power granted him to further Allah's will, to make men equal, to make men free.

why not he talk this to Utusan Malaysia, Jakim, Jais, etc? Will Utusan convey this message correctly? Of course not! They'll print whatever they want their loyal readers to read... this is just hypocritical talk only.

why not allocate funds for building for other worshippers like temples, churches, kuils...why only masjids?

Hello? What example? Muslims DID torch places of worship of other religions but did non-muslims torch mosques or suraus? I believe muslims torched their own suraus in Malaysia. You burn other ppl's place of worship doesnt mean others will be as violent or as disrespectful of others as you.

So? Does UMNO advocate use of Allah by non-muslim? Respect history or not? Respect fact or not?

Overall respect need to be earned from both sides! There is no one way about it!

Tell your government stop interfering non islamic religion internal affair. Stop your minister to instruct how Christians can or cannot do in their religeous teachings & worship.

Suddenly talking about Quran teaching. At least Najib has change or reform. Hopefully we rakyat would like you to further monitor on the deliver of your system at the middle and below - this is where the problem lies right from TUN Badawi terms. You will say one thing and its implementation is totally different. If you are really sincere in what you say in Melaka, both the Muslim and non muslim should respect each other faith - MONITOR THE IMPLEMENTATION - go back to the days of Tuanku as PM - how the people interact each other without any racial line in bewteen them. It should be that - gone are the days Najib using Malay, Ketuanan Melayu,etc will carry any weight on your PM post. The environment has change.

2. Perak fiasco
3. PKFZ fiasco
4. MACC Teoh Beng Hock Scandal
5. Cow head's protest
6. Persecution of DSAI
7. Overturning of High Court's rulings
8. A- word controversy
and etc etc.......one long list...

Notice what is glaringly missing from the list, there is nothing that benefits the citizens or the nation. In all of these scandals, it is a few favored persons who benefit.

Malaysia will be in shame as long as Najib remains PM!

The majority of Muslims do respect people of other faith. It is the extremist and fanatics that don't. And also it is the political leaders who want to use race and religion for their political mileage instead of respecting the people of other faith's Constitutional rights.

pm, you have to walk the talk. no point talking up front and then glossing over gross violation by some extremists of other's religion or their practices. if you see violations starting to appear, you should crush them right away before they fester and become problematical. you need to slaughter a chicken to scare away the monkeys.

Words ..... words for the non-muslims...guess after everything subsided, you now are appealing to the non-muslims to vote for you right? By the way, actions speak louder than words.....so back it up...men otherwise it is just words.
